These Handmade Pies are made with the best of ingredients, fresh, organic, local (to our place of work) and healthy. Each is lovingly had crimped (sealed with a twist). We use no preservatives, no added MSG, no added trans fat, no GM ingredients, no added anything (just a bit of love and pride) – in fact just plain good !

These Handmade Pork Pies are made with traditional ingredients : rough ground pork, bacon and a blend of exotic spices that make this aromatic pie irresistible ! The pastry is “hot crust” and hand raised. This combination of filling, aspic jelly and crisp pastry is truly a masterpiece of British, Traditional cuisine.
